Henry 787 Elastomulsion is a premium, cold-applied rubberized asphalt emulsion designed for high-performance waterproofing and dampproofing. This single-component elastomeric coating cures to form a heavy-duty, seamless, rubber-like membrane that effectively protects concrete and masonry surfaces both above and below grade. It is specifically engineered for use on concrete block (CMU) foundation walls, providing excellent adhesion and flexibility across a wide temperature range. The water-based, VOC-compliant formula is non-flammable and can be easily applied using a brush, spray, or trowel without the need for specialized heating equipment.
