1. Right to Cancel Orders and Modify or Revoke Offers
Mill Supply Co. reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and without cause, notice, or penalty, to refuse, cancel, limit, or void any order — in whole or in part — at any time before or after an order is submitted, acknowledged, charged, or shipped. We likewise reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or revoke any price, quote, promotion, coupon, discount, rebate, offer, or program at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.
Without limiting the foregoing, we may cancel or decline orders that we believe, in our sole judgment, result from:
- Pricing errors, typographical errors, or display errors
- Inventory errors or system errors
- Image, description, or specification errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment instruments
- Reseller, arbitrage, or bulk-purchase activity outside normal customer use
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions or other posted policies
- Any attempt to exploit a mistake, loophole, or anomaly for personal or commercial gain
If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, our sole obligation is to refund amounts actually paid for the cancelled portion. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the cancellation, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reliance damages.
2. AI-Assisted Product Content
Portions of the product images, titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, categorizations, recommendations, and related content on this site have been generated, enhanced, translated, summarized, enriched, or otherwise processed by artificial intelligence systems and automated tools.
While we make commercially reasonable efforts to review and validate this content, AI-assisted content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, incorrect measurements, mismatched images, or other errors. All such content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying that a product meets their requirements — including dimensions, compatibility, compliance, certifications, and intended use — before ordering, installing, or relying upon the item. 3. No Contract Until Acceptance; Errors Do Not Bind Us
The display of any product, price, or promotion on this site is an invitation to do business and is not an offer capable of acceptance. A binding contract of sale is formed only when Mill Supply Co. affirmatively accepts an order and ships the goods — receipt of an order confirmation, charge authorization, or automated acknowledgement does not by itself constitute acceptance.
In the event of any obvious, clerical, typographical, pricing, image, description, inventory, or system error, Mill Supply Co. reserves the right to correct the error and to cancel or refuse any affected order, even if the order has already been acknowledged or charged, without liability beyond refund of amounts actually paid for the cancelled portion.

4. Relationship to Other Policies
This Disclaimer supplements and does not replace our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and our Terms and Conditions regarding order acceptance, pricing errors, or cancellation rights, the provisions most protective of Mill Supply Co. shall control to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
