This professional-grade sealer provides a secure anchor for topcoats on dense, glossy substrates such as PVC, vinyl, glass, tile, glazed brick, and metals, often eliminating the need for labor-intensive sanding. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, it is compatible with a wide range of topcoats including latex, oil-based, epoxy, and lacquer. With a fast one-hour recoat time and low VOC formulation, it ensures efficient project turnaround and superior durability for demanding commercial and residential jobs.
